Biography

James is an associate with Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP. He defends doctors, hospitals, and healthcare networks in medical malpractice litigation.James focuses on pre-trial litigation; he is involved in medical and legal research, fact investigation, motion support, court conference appearance, and managing discovery.James has worked in medical malpractice defense since 2018. In law school, he worked as part of the University of Miami’s Health Rights Clinic to obtain social security and immigration status relief to underserved residents of South Florida. He also worked as a research assistant for the University of Miami’s Office of Technology Transfer and as a clinic assistant to the University’s Department of Neurosurgery.James is a Registered Patent Attorney.

When not practicing law, James can be found baking, perusing Japanese teas, running throughout New York City, and writing a novel.
