Experience: Capital Markets: Participated in the work for Diagnostyka S.A., a leading provider of diagnostic services, on the initial public offering (IPO) of the Company's shares and the admission of some shares to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The value of the shares sold in the IPO amounted to nearly PLN 1.7 billion.; Participated in the work for Zabka Group and CVC Capital Partners acting as the principal selling shareholder on the IPO of shares in Zabka Group and their admission to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.; Mergers and Acquisitions: Participated in the work for PIB Agency in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in Risk Partner, Cellent and Vero Services.; Participated in the work for PIB Group Poland in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in Fincon (specialist reinsurance and insurance broker).; Participated in the work for ZE PAK S.A. and PAK-Polska Czysta Energia sp. z o.o. in connection with a joint investment involving the acquisition of all shares in two special purpose companies implementing a wind power complex project. The project, which will have a total connected power of approx. 500 MW, is the largest planned onshore wind farm complex in Poland to date.; Participated in the work for CVC Capital Partners in connection with its launch of a tender offer for all shares in Comarch S.A.
