Biography

Jan K. Seigel founded the firm in 1976. He made a name for himself for his victories in the courtroom. Having tried over 150 jury trials, he is known for winning multi-million dollar recoveries in auto, trucking, and fall down cases. His verdicts and settlements have earned him recognition as:

• New Jersey Super Lawyer

• National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America

• Lifetime Member, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum Who's Who in American Law

After earning undergrad and law degrees from Georgetown and a Master of Laws from NYU, Mr. Seigel honed his trial skills as a prosecutor, where he tried a number of murder cases. Early in his career he was awarded the prestigious "Young Lawyer of the Year" by the New Jersey State Bar.

He has lectured and taught law in colleges and universities both in the United States and Europe as well as being named a Fulbright Specialist.
