Jan L. Bernstein

Jan is a knowledgeable and experienced family lawyer. However, she is an extremely poor practitioner. She is literally incapable of settling a matter. She adds fuel to every fire, exacerbating the smallest of issues. She creates unnecessary angst between the parties and extraordinarily unnecessary expense. As a result, she has a terrible reputation amongst her peers and many lawyers I know, including myself, dread or refuse to take a case with her. She should not be practicing family law. Read less
