Biography

JAN L. KAHN is a founding partner of KSC. Jan has extensive experience in State and Federal court litigation, mediation, arbitration, and State and Federal regulatory proceedings.

Jan earned his Juris Doctor Degree at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in June 1972 and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1969 from California State University, Fresno. He is admitted to the California Bar, and to the Bar of all Federal District Courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and is also admitted to practice before the Temporary Emergency Court of Appeal, United States Federal Court of Claims, the United State Court of International Trade and the United States Supreme Court.
