Jane M. Lynch

Jane earned her B.A. from Wright State University and her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law (Magna Cum Laude). She is admitted to practice in Ohio, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, employment, labor, civil rights, insurance coverage, municipal liability, and construction litigation. Jane is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Dayton Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. She is also a Master of the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, an organization of trial counsel and judges. She has been selected by her peers as an Ohio Super Lawyer in the field of litigation from 2006 to 2012. Jane just served for five year term as President of Wegerzyn Gardens Foundation. She is chair of Rules Committee for the Southern District of Ohio Federal Court. She holds an "AV" Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
