Biography

Janell is an associate and member of the Trust & Estate Planning Section at Beers Mallers. Her practice focuses on the areas of estate planning and asset preservation planning. Prior to joining Beers Mallers, Janell represented and counselled corporate clients on a variety of issues including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, corporate structure, and governance. Outside the office, Janell loves traveling with her husband and three children. She also enjoys hiking, running and trying new local restaurants with friends.
