Biography

Janelle Scillia is an Associate in the Labor & Employment group of the Philadelphia Office. Janelle received her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. During law school, Janelle served for two years on the Drexel Kline Moot Court Board, as both a board member and Treasurer. During her time on Moot Court, she competed in the Nell Hennessy Employee Benefits Moot Court Competition where her team placed First overall and received the Best Brief Runner-Up Award in the 2024 competition. Upon graduation, Janelle received the Cozen O’Connor Award for Exemplary Moot Court Performance. Prior to law school, Janelle obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University, where she majored in Criminology and minored in Sociology.
