Biography

Janet Greathouse has dedicated her legal career to assisting individuals and businesses of all sizes in meeting their immigration objectives. Ms. Greathouse has extensive experience assisting investors in obtaining E-2 and immigrant investor (EB-5) visas based on investments in regional centers and well as in individual business enterprises. In representing business clients, Ms. Greathouse assisted companies in obtaining a range of immigration benefits on behalf of their foreign national employees, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1 and TN), employment based lawful permanent residence (PERM applications, I-140 petitions and adjustment of status), and consular processing. Ms. Greathouse has also successfully handled Religious Worker Visas, Inadmissibility Waiver Applications, Naturalization, Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status, and K1 Visas. Ms. Greathouse has published author of articles analyzing cutting edge immigration topics, and was a speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National Conference, discussing new developments in employment based immigration law.
