Biography

Janine Hodgson has devoted her career to civil defense litigation, representing individual and institutional health care providers in medical malpractice and general liability claims, and Department of Public Health investigations. She has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials to conclusion in Connecticut Superior Courts. Attorney Hodgson has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts. Attorney Hodgson’s experience includes representing professionals in civil matters and grievances and representing employers and municipalities in discrimination and wrongful termination claims in Connecticut Federal District and Superior Courts. She prepares cases for trial with an eye for detail and with the goal of a swift and practical resolution at all stages of litigation.
