Ms. Wang’s practice areas focus on international commercial arbitration and litigation, and she has represented clients in a number of international commercial disputes. Furthermore, she has provided cross-border investment and corporate governance and compliance legal services for domestic and foreign clients. Her practice includes, but is not limited to:

• Represented a national scientific research institution as Respondent and counterclaimant in a purchase contract dispute before ICC with the seat of arbitration is in Vienna, Austria;

• Represented a Chinese company as Claimant against a Dutch new plant variety company regarding a dispute of agency agreement before SIAC under SIAC Rules ;

• Represented a Chinese state-owned enterprise to commence arbitration in SIAC against a South African company, Singaporean law applies;

• Represented an U.S. Fortune 500 companies as Claimant in a breach of sales contract claim before CIETAC and BAC including a successful application for property preservation in arbitration;

• Represented a Chinese company as Respondent against an Spanish company relating to a technology license arrangement in the transport sector in a CIETAC arbitration conducted in English;

• Represented a German Entertainment company as Respondent against a Hong Kong Media company in a CIETAC arbitration conducted in English;

• Represented an U.S. media production company as Claimant in a breach of media production service contract claim before CIETAC;

• Represented a Japanese electric industrial corporation as Claimant against a domestic state-owned enterprise regarding a dispute of engineering contract in a BAC arbitration, and favorable settlement was agreed upon;

• Represented an U.S. sports broker company as Claimant in contract claim before SHAC, and favorable settlement was agreed upon;

• Represented a precision instrument company against a well-known Taiwan enterprise regarding a dispute of sales contract before CIETAC;

• Represented a German electronics company as Defendant in product quality dispute before Beijing Chaoyang District Court and in a dispute of the validity of an arbitration agreement before Beijing No.4 Intermediate Court;

• Represented a famous German machinery and equipment company against a domestic enterprise in a number of litigation disputes regarding the distributor agreement and sales contract before Beijing Daxing District Court and Beijing No.2 Intermediate Court;

• Represented a Canadian airline company in a litigation of transport contract before Beijing Railway Transportation Court;

• Represented a Fortune 500 chemical company against a famous state-owned engineering company in an infringement of trade secrets dispute before Tianjin No.1 Intermediate Court and Tianjin Higher Court;

• Represented a world leading IT services company against a large state-owned entity involving a series of ERP service disputes heard by Beijing No.3 Intermediate Court, and successfully reached a package settlement which efficiently resolved more than twenty related cases for the client;

• Represented a Japanese electric industrial corporation to communicate and negotiate with a large state-owned enterprise in China, and successfully reached a settlement which the disputes between the two parties for a decade;

• Represented a large state-owned investment company against an investment management company involving equity repurchase dispute heard by Beijing No.3 Intermediate Court;

• Provided legal advice on Chinese law for Sino-US cross-border educational investment projects;

• Provided a legal opinion regarding an annual and temporary meeting of shareholders for a listed company of Tsinghua holdings;

• Provided perennial legal advisory services for a German-owned enterprise, Korean- funded enterprises, Chinese listed companies, and Beijing public institutions etc., evaluating the legal risks and improving internal risk controls.
