Jarad Kim Stiles

Jarad Stiles is a member of Cooper Levenson’s Corporate Tax, Business Law, Estate Planning & Administration, and Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice groups. He focuses on tax law, trusts and estates, and asset protection, advising individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations on complex planning and compliance matters. With deep experience in tax controversy, special needs planning, and elder law, Jarad provides practical, strategic guidance to help clients achieve their long-term financial and organizational goals.

As a member of the Tax Law, Estate Planning & Administration, and Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice groups at Cooper Levenson, Jarad puts his extensive experience in tax law to work.

Jarad works on large transactions representing both sellers and buyers. He has obtained millions of dollars of tax credits for clients and has been involved in work on mergers and acquisitions.

Jarad also resolved tax compliance issues to maintain a foundation’s 501 (c)(3) status and advises clients on comprehensive estate and asset protection plans limiting state, local, and federal tax liability.

His focus includes significant work helping businesses secure lines of credit, grants, and other emergency funding through federal and state programs such as the Paycheck Protection Program and EIDL programs, to remain in operation during the global pandemic.

He works with clients to keep them up to date on emerging tax credits and grants as well as employee retention credits.
