Jarrid King regularly advises lenders, investors and borrowers in connection with complex real estate financing matters and structuring debt and equity investments throughout the capital stack. With over 25 years of experience representing banks, insurance companies, private equity funds, REITS, foreign pension funds, owners and developers, he has closed tens of billions of dollars of real estate finance matters nationwide, including permanent, transitional, and mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments in joint ventures and other financing structures, intended for securitization, full or partial syndication, and balance sheet. Jarrid also has deep borrower- and lender-side loan workout and restructuring experience.
