Biography

Jason Gonzalez is a member of the Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on public finance matters with emphasis on tax-exempt bond financing, and serves as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, underwriter's counsel, and disclosure counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions, including water and sewer, airport and seaport facilities, rail & transit, hospitals, education facilities, universities, public schools, charter schools, solid waste facilities, and surface transportation facilities, throughout the state of Florida and the United States.
