Biography

Jason was recently rated with an "AV - Preeminent" peer review rating from Lexis/Nexis Martindale-Hubbell. He is a trial lawyer who has tried and handled cases at various levels of our court system, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Jason tries cases in courthouses throughout Kentucky, serves as general counsel for area corporations, schools, and churches, and lectures from time-to-time at seminars and at schools in the Elizabethtown area. Jason is active in the Elizabethtown community where he grew up. Jason is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and St. Louis Cardinals. He currently enjoys teaching Sunday School, running, golf, tennis, coaching soccer, and spending time with his wife Janae and their three (3) daughters, Ann Elizabeth, Mary and Rachel.
