Biography

Jason Hasty specializes in all aspects of United States aircraft title, registration and finance transactions, as well as all aspects of creating interests on the International Registry established by the Capetown Convention. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial, business and private aircraft sales, United States aircraft registration and deregistration, debt financing and securitizations and leases. He assists law firms and represents lenders, United States and foreign commercial airlines and lessors as special counsel for Federal Aviation Administration Registry matters.
