Biography

The Law Office of Jason Mills started eight years ago for the purpose of offering a unique personalized approach to immigration related issues. We are a small boutique office offering unparalleled access to your case and the attorney. We focus solely on immigration related issues and enjoy a high degree of success. Our turnaround times are fast and responsive. We do NOT charge extra for phone calls or emails in most instances because we realize we are dealing with people and not just their money. Consequently, our fees are lower than most in the field. Further, our clients are able to access their cases via internet to check on progress and updates.

Jason Mills is board certified in immigration and nationality law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and practices out of Fort Worth, Texas. His office specializes in all areas of immigration and nationality law including removal defense, non-immigrant visas, consular processing and federal court practice. He attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and Cambridge Law School in England. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. He is a former editor of Texas Wesleyan Law Review, Past President of the Texas Wesleyan School of Law Alumni Board, and has been an AILA member since 2001. He has presented CLE to various local and statewide bar events and has handled over 1,000 immigration cases.

Former member of the State bar college for an exemplary amount of CLE.

Mr. Mills notable accomplishments include successful representation of numerous individuals in the operation TARMAC raid at DFW airport. He has won appeals at virtually all appellate levels including the AAU, BIA, Fifth Circuit, and BALCA.

He is married to his wife Amy Mills, an assistant district attorney in Tarrant County and has one daughter Kennedy.
