Biography

Jason E. Barth practices law in the field of real estate, construction, trust, and estate planning, business law, and general civil litigation. He is licensed to practice law through the State of California and the United States District Courts of the Southern and Central Districts of California.

Jason attended the University of California, Davis, where he double majored in B.A. in Political Science and History. While earning his bachelor’s degrees, he had the unique opportunity to participate in the prestigious White House Internship Program, working for the President of the United States of America.

After his undergraduate studies, Jason received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School, where he served as an active member of his law school community. Some of Jason’s notable and distinguished activities included being a member of the Southwestern Law Review, Negotiations Honor Program, and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International, where he won several awards and served many leadership positions. During his time at law school, Jason clerked at the Riverside District Attorney’s Office, California Association of Realtors, and he trained under the mentorship of a seasoned real estate attorney.

Jason holds an active Real Estate Broker’s License and has represented individuals and businesses facilitating complex business and real estate transactions as well as multi-million-dollar litigation cases.
