Biography

Jason E. Weisfuse graduated from New York Law School in 2009 and is a partner of our law firm. Jason Weisfuse has extensive experience in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He has been working on September 11th Victim Compensation Fund claims shortly after the VCF was created in 2010 and has personally handled thousands of 9/11 VCF claims.

Jason is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice and has been published in the New York Law Journal.
