Biography

Jason F. Abraham is a highly accomplished personal injury attorney with decades of experience representing clients in complex and high-stakes cases. He began his legal career with Hupy and Abraham in Milwaukee in 1993 and was promoted to shareholder in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1992 and is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Missouri.

Mr. Abraham is actively involved in the legal community and currently serves on the board of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He is also a lifetime member of ABATE of Wisconsin and ABATE of Iowa. Beyond his legal work, he is deeply committed to community service, serving on the steering committee for the Black-N-Blue Ball and on the boards of the Ridin’ to a Cure Foundation and Feeding America.

Recognized for both his results and client service, Mr. Abraham holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a perfect 10.0 rating on Avvo. He has been named to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list since 2014 and has been recognized since 2009 as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers: Civil Plaintiff by The National Trial Lawyers. He has also been honored as a Leader in the Law by the Wisconsin Law Journal and named Lawyer of the Year by the NAACP Milwaukee.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Abraham has secured approximately $400 million in recoveries for his clients, including numerous results exceeding $1 million. His extensive experience in personal injury law has also led him to lecture in multiple states across the country.
