Jason joined Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A., in 2002, and became a director of the firm in 2009 and was elected in 2025 as the President and Chairman of the Board of the firm. With over 23 years of experience in the firm’s Business, M&A, Health Care, and Real Estate practice areas, Jason has been a key figure at KWGD, having previously served as Vice President and a member of the Management Committee, and currently serving as Chair of the firm’s Health Care practice section, Chair of the firm’s IT Committee, and a member of the firm’s Associate Development and Recruiting Committees. Jason brings outstanding leadership skills, a dedication to client service, and strategic vision to his new role at the firm.

Jason, his wife, Natalie, and their two children reside in Hartville.
