Biography

Jason Tom is senior counsel in WSHB's Boca Raton office. His practice includes catastrophic injury and construction law.

Jason graduated from Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad College of Law with a Juris Doctor. While in law school, Jason was the President of the Tort Law Society and an Articles Editor for Nova Law Review. He also was a competitor with the Nova Trial Association and interned for the Honorable Judge Singhal in Florida’s Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. Jason completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason represented Florida clients in county and circuit criminal court as an Assistant Public Defender of the Seventeenth Circuit conducting jury trials and numerous types of hearings. Jason is admitted to practice before all county and circuit courts in Florida.
