Jason Baumbach’s path to becoming a co-owner at Ganjoo Law Office is anything but typical, which is exactly why he is such an effective advocate. He began his career as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, working in intelligence and high-tech research, before spending over a decade as a standout engineer in Silicon Valley. With a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and seven patents to his name, Jason was at the top of the tech world. However, everything changed in 2011 after he sat in on an immigration court hearing. Seeing firsthand how difficult the process was for people without legal help, he felt a calling to switch gears. He headed to Santa Clara University, earned his law degree with honors, and joined our firm in 2016. Today, Jason uses the same analytical precision he honed in the military and tech sectors to help our clients navigate the complex immigration system. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Jason doesn’t just see the legal paperwork, he sees the strategy and the human impact, bringing a disciplined, problem-solving approach to every case he handles.
