Biography

Jason J. Mattioli began practicing law in April of 2002 where he quickly hit the legal ground running. Due to his tireless work ethic, which is something he learned from a very young age due to his extensive athletic background, he was promoted to full partner just several years after he began to practice. Early on, Attorney Mattioli took on every type of case that came his way, covering almost every area of the law to gain as much as experience as possible. After several years of doing so, he began to focus on personal injury and criminal defense.

Specialties

Over the years, Attorney Mattioli has sharpened his skills cross-examining police officers, who are taught and trained how to handle cross-examination from attorneys. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases, some of which being high profile. In addition, he has faced officers from every type of law enforcement agency. Due to his due diligence and relentless representation he has been a four-time recipient of Philadelphia Magazine’s Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyer Rising Star award. This is a very prestigious award given to only to 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania under forty.
