Jason Johnson

Jason Johnson is the kind of attorney who isn’t afraid of a fight, and that likely comes from his decade of service as an Army Tank Officer. After four overseas deployments and earning a Bronze Star with Valor, he brought that same disciplined, mission-focused mindset to the legal world. He graduated from Gonzaga Law in 2013 and spent the next eleven years honing his skills in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area, handling everything from criminal defense to personal injury. In 2024, Jason joined Jacobs and Jacobs as our Senior Litigation Attorney, where he now focuses exclusively on fighting for people who have been hurt. He truly believes that the best way to get a fair result is to prepare every case as if it’s going to trial. He’s an aggressive advocate who loves being in the courtroom and doesn’t back down from insurance companies. When he’s not litigating, Jason stays busy traveling with his family or hitting the golf course. He’s a Pacific Northwest native through and through, and he’s dedicated to using his unique background to secure the justice his clients deserve.
