Jason Yamashita has a broad civil litigation practice. He advises and represents clients in a range of areas including media and defamation law, maritime law, administrative and regulatory law, and civil disputes.

Jason was called to the bar in 2010 and has appeared before British Columbia’s Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Provincial Court as well as the Federal Court. His areas of practice include media and defamation law, maritime law, administrative and regulatory law, and general civil litigation.
