Biography

Jason Kislin focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation on behalf of clients in a broad array of industries. He has experience with class action defense, securities litigation, business litigation, shareholder litigation, restrictive covenants, employment litigation, real estate litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Jason serves as outside counsel to entrepreneurs and start-up companies in a myriad of sectors. Additionally, Jason provides guidance to companies and individuals in Kazakhstan and other countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in various matters including those related to US laws and practices.

As a former New Jersey Chancery Division Law Clerk, Jason also has experience regarding applications for injunctive and other equitable relief. He is also actively involved in the firm's pro bono efforts and oversees the New Jersey associate development program.

The claims were dismissed on summary judgment.; Defended an individual in connection with 10b-5 and other claims asserted against him in his capacity as manager of a crypto-hedge fund. The 10b-5 claims were dismissed at the pleading stage.; Represented a biopharma VC fund in connection with a pre-suit investigation into trading activity. No suit was instituted.; Defended a large gaming company in connection with 10b-5 claims asserted against it after the initiation of a governmental investigation.
