Biography

Since joining the Graham Law Firm, Mr. Knoster has proven himself as a strong and intelligent litigator with the ability to negotiate creative and effective solutions to his clients’ problems. With the belief that not all issues need to be litigated, Mr. Knoster encourages client-driven solutions so as to give the parties more control over their future. Clients enjoy his compassion for their situation and his aggressive advocacy in representing their interests both in and out of the courtroom.

Mr. Knoster received his undergraduate education from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Process Management and Consulting, He also obtained a marketing concentration as well as a Minor in Classical Civilizations. During his time at school, Mr. Knoster was recognized multiple times on the Dean’s List for his academic accomplishments.

Mr. Knoster earned his Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law where he graduated fifth in his class and received the distinction of Order of the Coif – an honor only given to the top ten percent of a graduating law class and only after candidate approval by the college faculty. While at the West Virginia University College of Law, Mr. Knoster also received six CALI awards for achieving the highest grade in a class for that semester and was a member of the elite United States Supreme Court Litigation Clinic.
