Jason Lee Walker

Jason L. Walker is an experienced Denver accident trial attorney at Walker Law. He practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and trucking law.

Prior to joining Walker Law, in 2016, Mr. Walker served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Stephen M. Munsinger in the 1st Judicial District. Clerking for Judge Munsinger taught Mr. Walker the internal judicial decision making process and how to successfully advocate to the court and, most importantly, to a jury of your peers. Mr. Walker served as Bailiff to the jury while clerking; in doing so he gained invaluable insight into the decision making process' that jurors use to reach a verdict. After his clerkship, Mr. Walker began his private career representing insurance companies and large companies where he learned the internal decision making process used to evaluate injuries. He then practiced at a large personal injury firm representing hundreds of injured individuals against large companies. Mr. Walker followed his large firm experience by working for a small firm that tried extremely large, life altering, cases. Mr. Walker has successfully tried 39 cases to trial, argued in overs, and he brings a wealth of trial advocacy to Walker Law, that he will use to leverage to maximize client recoveries. Mr. Walker grew up in a small Northwest Colorado community and graduated from University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s Degree and later earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming School of Law in Laramie, Wyoming. Mr. Walker is a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial College and he thrives in the courtroom.
