Jason Leff

Jason Leff is an experienced labor lawyer who has devoted his career to enforcing the rights of workers and labor organizations. Mr. Leff brings to the firm nearly 20 years of experience with the National Labor Relations Board, where he handled some of the most complex and high-profile issues in labor law as Assistant Chief Counsel to Chairman Lauren McFerran and as Deputy Chief Counsel in the Office of Representation Appeals. He offers wide-ranging expertise in union representation and election procedures, unfair labor practice litigation, collective bargaining, and jurisdictional issues. Mr. Leff’s clients benefit from his up-to-date knowledge of labor law and procedure as well as his dedicated, personable, and creative counseling and advocacy.

Mr. Leff’s passion for labor law dates to his studies at Cornell University, where he earned his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on labor history and collective bargaining. He graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Marion Crain, distinguished expert in labor and employment law. Mr. Leff was inducted into the James E. and Carolyn B. Davis Society, awarded to graduating students possessing both academic and personal excellence.
