Biography

Jason's practice covers business litigation, real estate litigation and probate litigation. He practices in state and federal courts, and before agencies, including the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and he has substantial experience litigating riparian rights disputes before the Natural Resources Commission. Jason graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1998 where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the executive editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.
