Jason Moore

As a founding partner at DiPasquale Moore, Attorney Jason Moore is committed to finding the best possible legal solutions for his clients. During his years in practice, Jason has been recognized for his outstanding work in personal injury law, especially as it pertains to civil litigation, bad faith insurance, and product liability.

Although Jason grew up in Chicago, he attended school in Missouri and began his legal career in Kansas City, where he still remains. In the early stages of his legal career, Jason worked defending insurers dealing with personal injury lawsuits. Before long, he realized he would rather fight for the people on the other side of the fight, the individuals who deserved justice for their wrongful injuries. However, his experience working for insurance companies gives him a unique understanding of how these big corporations work against injured individuals and their families. As a result, he approaches each personal injury case with an aggressive, pragmatic approach in order to secure the best possible legal outcome for his clients.

Jason is an experienced, well-respected trial attorney, though he has ample experience both in and out of the courtroom as a sound legal advisor and zealous advocate. Jason is committed to communicating openly with his clients so that they understand each step of the legal process—through litigation, trial, and beyond. He is committed to achieving the best legal results in each case, and in order to do so, he understands the importance of aligning his goals with those of the client.

Jason belongs to the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association of Justice.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys traveling, running, cycling, playing golf, and spending time with his family outdoors. He also coaches youth sports.
