Jason P. Costanzo

Jason Costanzo is an experienced litigator and trial counsel representing clients across a broad array of practice areas, including premises liability, construction and labor law, professional liability and medical malpractice claims, and trucking and auto matters. Jason also has experience with insurance claims, coverage and subrogation matters, and claims involving toxic torts and environmental concerns, notably those involving fire and water.

He aggressively represents clients in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States Federal Courts, with a focus on obtaining excellent, cost effective results. Jason brings commitment and dedication to each case he handles, utilizing a collaborative team approach, preparing each matter for trial, and seeking the best and most equitable outcome.

Jason is married with two children and is an active member of his community. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Fisher Hill Association and Integrated Peace Arts, both non-profit organizations. He is a volunteer Firefighter, coaches his children in youth lacrosse, and is an adjunct Professor of Literature at Dominican College.
