Jason Paul Del Rosso

Jason Del Rosso joined Moran Kidd’s Litigation Department in October 2016. Jason is a commercial litigator whose practice is focused on representing individuals and businesses in state and federal court litigation involving a variety of complex commercial matters, including a wide array of breach of contract issues, fraud and misrepresentation claims, shareholder and business disputes, employment disputes and negligence claims.In the course of his practice, Jason has also successfully litigated in favor of numerous commercial landlords, homeowner/condominium associations and judgment creditors. Despite his litigation background, Jason also provides and encourages preventative counseling to his all of his business clients.Prior to joining Moran Kidd as an attorney, Jason served as a law clerk with the firm after both his first and second year of law school at Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in May 2016. While attending law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Florida State Law Review and was published in the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal for an article examining Fourteenth Amendment issues in the context of admitting privilege laws.Prior to attending law school, Jason obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Fordham University, where he served as captain of the Fordham University Division I Men’s Golf Team.
