Mr. Shapiro's website offers advice to refuse the breath test, despite the fact that refusal is a crime under federal law. The geographic area of his practice includes numerous federal enclaves, such as the Baltimore Washington parkway, where the net effect of his advice to potential clients is to recommend that the client commit a crime. This is unethical in my opinion. Moreover, his site includes a notice that he received an award as the Best Lawyer in the United States. Absurd. Read less
