Biography

Jason Terry is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. At a young age Mr. Terry was taught the principles of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. He uses these principles every day to advocate for those who cannot or are unable to advocate for themselves. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University where he majored in Criminology. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law, located in Birmingham, AL.

Mr. Terry brings a unique perspective as he worked in various capacities for one of the nation’s largest non-standard insurance companies for almost two decades. In these two decades, He has handled thousands of claims in multiple states. These claims varied in different levels of severity and complexity. This extensive experience has given Mr. Terry the knowledge and understanding of how the insurance industry operates and the seriousness of the challenges people face when dealing with insurance companies. Upon seeing the seriousness of the challenges people face, at the most difficult times in their lives, Mr. Terry decided to utilize his love for helping people and bring his talents to fight for those who cannot or are unable to fight for themselves. Today, Mr. Terry proudly serves in Morgan & Morgan’s personal injury group.

Mr. Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily Ruth, and trying to keep up with his two daughters, Emma Kate and Elise. Jason is a member of the Alabama Bar.
