Jason W. Lee advises strategic and financial investor clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, going private transactions, joint ventures, carveouts and divestitures, internal reorganizations, minority equity investments, and PIPEs. His experience includes transactions in diverse industries, including technology, banking, asset management, insurance, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, mining, software, real estate, energy, consumer goods, and health care. Jason also advises multinational enterprises on customs and international trade matters, including export controls, FTAs, valuation, and international trade compliance.
