Biography

Jason served as a judicial clerk for the Fifth Judicial District of Iowa and the Iowa Court of Appeals from 2002 through 2005. During his time at the Patterson Law Firm, Jason has dedicated his practice to civil litigation, assessment of insurance coverage, and appellate practice. Jason has represented clients in both federal and state court and has obtained favorable results through motion practice, jury verdicts, bench trials and appeal decisions. Jason continues to practice as a civil litigation and appellate attorney primarily in the areas of personal injury, property damage, real estate disputes, insurance coverage, professional negligence and municipal law.
