My name is Jason W. Swindle Sr. and I exclusively handle criminal defense/DUI cases in the West Georgia and Metro Atlanta area. WE HAVE OFFICES IN CARROLLTON AND DOUGLASVILLE. I represent clients charged with traffic violations, DUI, drug offenses, violent crimes, theft crimes, and murder. I also handle criminal appeals in the Georgia appellate courts. My entire practice is devoted to criminal defense. I regularly appear on television analyzing and discussing current legal issues.
