Javier F. Oliva is a founding partner of Oliva, Saks, Garcia & Curiel, PLLC, a premier San Antonio law firm recognized for its unwavering commitment to excellence in civil litigation, business transactions, real estate matters, family law, probate administration, and criminal defense. With more than thirty years of courtroom experience at both the state and federal levels, Mr. Oliva has earned a reputation for crafting innovative, results-driven strategies tailored to each client’s objectives. As a certified mediator in general and family law, he frequently resolves complex disputes through alternative dispute resolutions before trial becomes necessary.

He has mentored hundreds of aspiring lawyers through coursework, clinic supervision, and professional guidance. In addition, he regularly provides expert legal analysis and commentary on federal and state policy issues for local television affiliates.

A lifelong resident of San Antonio and fluent Spanish speaker, Mr. Oliva has dedicated himself to numerous civic and charitable initiatives:
