Jay E. Macklow

Attorney Jay E. Macklow is the Managing Partner of Landman Akashian & Macklow, LLP. Mr. Macklow is a 1989 graduate of Boston College and a 1993 graduate of New England Law Boston, formerly known as New England School of Law. He was the Managing Business Editor of The New England Journal of Civil and Criminal Confinement.

Attorney Macklow is admitted and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Rhode Island and in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate (representing buyers, sellers and lenders) workers’ compensation, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and social security disability.

Attorney Macklow has many years experience as a trial attorney. He has conducted trials and hearings in courts and at administrative agencies. He also lectures at home buyer seminars and at real estate offices. Attorney Macklow is a Title Insurance Agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
