A lifelong South Carolina resident with deep roots in the state, JD Bailey’s legal practice focuses on commercial real estate and land use and zoning. He also is a member of the Morton & Gettys Business and Corporate Law Team. Additionally, JD represents clients in civil litigation. JD graduated in the Top 10 of his class at the Elon University School of Law. He earned Dean’s List honors and was a member of the Elon Law Review.
