Jeanette F. Frankenberg, Esq. is the Managing Member of the firm. Her areas of expertise include Creditor’s Rights, Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Financing, Foreclosure Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Secured Transactions, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Cooperative Formation, Financing and Transactions, and Business/Corporate Law. Her experience in complex Commercial Financing includes representation of lending institutions in state/government subsidized loans, mezzanine financing, participation loans, and Small Business Association (SBA) loans. Her varied experience makes her uniquely suited for the economic challenges of the current times. Twenty five years ago, as outside counsel to the FDIC, Ms. Frankenberg was instrumental in the disposition of significant bank owned assets throughout the State of New Jersey during the savings and loan crisis. The reputation she earned as counsel to the FDIC paved the way to her eventual legal representation of many banking institutions and quasi-governmental agencies in the State of New Jersey. Ms. Frankenberg began her practice as a solo practitioner, an experience which has shaped her hands on management style and which has provided her with a strong sense of business acumen. Ms. Frankenberg became one of the first women to create and own a full banking service law firm in the State of New Jersey. In her role as Managing Member, Ms. Frankenberg is responsible for the oversight of timeline management throughout the entire default and bankruptcy processes as well as change management and compliance with both law and client directives. It is her goal to ensure that the firm provides timely, accurate and personal attention to its clients.
