After passing the bar exam, Jeff was admitted to practice in North Dakota as well as Montana. The Williston law firm Bjella Neff Rathert Wahl & Eiken, P.C., hired Jeff immediately after law school graduation. Jeff served as an associate attorney, representing local Williston residents in a variety of legal matters ranging from criminal law to civil litigation, oil and gas matters and beyond. Jeff’s time as an associate attorney provided him with the opportunity to serve local Williston, ND residents in criminal defense matters.
