Biography

Jeff Welch deals in resolution and is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 trial lawyers. His career has focused on providing resolution for parties in countless different walks of life; from family members going through unimaginable losses, to corporate owners facing threats to their life’s work. Jeff’s extensive litigation experience throughout the Midwest representing countless clients helps him provide strategic counsel to those looking for the best resolution from a difficult situation. Regardless of the circumstance, Jeff looks at a problem for a client only being solved when they have a sense of relief.

Outside of the practice of law, Jeff is first and foremost a family man. His foremost achievements almost always focus around his wife and children. When asked what he wants to be known for before anything else, it is being an attentive, loving husband and a terrific father. In his spare time Jeff can be found golfing with his family, reading several thriller novels a week, or in his shop working on a construction project.

All of this comes together into Jeff’s practice. His engineering brain allows him to listen to clients, analyze what went wrong and why, and his strong sense of family centers him, pushing him to find a way his clients can find resolution and peace of mind.

Jeff is excellent to work with. Very responsive and he knows his stuff. Although he is a very good advocate, he is easy to work with and knows how to fairly settle a case.
