Mr. Brown joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 1986 and is a Partner in the firm. His litigation practice includes workers' compensation law, Social Security Disability, insurance defense, and administrative law. Mr. Brown lectures extensively and writes articles on workers' compensation issues.

Mr. Brown is an active member of the Broome County and New York State Bar Associations. He is a participant in the New York State Bar Association Mentor Directory and the Workers' Compensation Board Binghamton Administrative Practices and Procedures Committee.
