Jeffrey Alan Hensley, Esq.

Jeffrey A. Hensley, Esq., leads Hensley Legal Services, PLLC as its president and principal attorney, focusing his practice on family law in Tulsa and throughout northeast Oklahoma. Clients turn to him for guidance in divorce and the issues that often come with it, such as custody and visitation, child and spousal support, division of marital assets, paternity matters, guardianships, and advocacy for fathers’ and grandparents’ rights. Jeffrey’s approach is practical and client-centered. He looks for opportunities to settle matters through negotiation or mediation to reduce stress and expense, but he does not hesitate to take a strong position in court when a fair resolution cannot be reached. His educational background includes two undergraduate degrees, a biology degree from Oklahoma City University and an English degree, cum laude, from The University of Tulsa, followed by a law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008 where he also earned a CALI award. Professionally, he began at Best & Sharp, P.C., became a partner at Pilkington Law Firm, PLLC, and launched his own firm in 2013. He is admitted in Oklahoma and in the federal district courts across the state and maintains memberships in the American, Oklahoma, and Tulsa County bar associations.
