Jeffrey Alan Muriceak

Jeffrey Muriceak was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania and has built his practice around serving clients and organizations throughout the region. He graduated magna cum laude from Juniata College in Huntingdon in 1991 with a B.A. in History/Business. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law in 1995, where he served as Notes Editor of The Dickinson Law Review. Mr. Muriceak was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1995 and later, in 1999, was admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Blair County Bar Association and also serves the community as an Informal Hearing Officer for the Altoona Housing Authority. In addition, he serves as solicitor for Frankstown Township and the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown. Mr. Muriceak’s practice covers a wide range of matters, with a focus on estate administration and litigation, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills. He also represents clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related issues, and he handles municipal law, bankruptcy, and real estate matters.
