Biography

Jeffrey A. Berglund is a Florida native, born in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Florida State University and received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Berglund spent several years working at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement within the Seal & Expunge section as well as the Curriculum section where he helped prepare the training curriculum required for all Florida Corrections, Correctional Probation, and Law Enforcement Officers. It was during these years that Mr. Berglund made the decision to become a lawyer. During law school, Mr. Berglund served on The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division working to better serve his fellow students and future lawyers. Following law school, Mr. Berglund practiced insurance defense for several regional and statewide firms in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Tallahassee, Florida. Eventually, Mr. Berglund joined Morgan & Morgan in order to help the injured victims and fight for justice, using the knowledge he gained within the insurance defense industry to the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Berglund is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for both the Northern District and Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association.

Although he never stops working for his clients, Mr. Berglund enjoys golfing, playing soccer, and spending time with friends and family.
