Biography

Jeffrey Daniel Kremp is an Associate with the firm’s Tampa office, practicing in the general liability group where he focuses on premises liability, products liability, and vehicle negligence cases involving personal injuries and catastrophic deaths.

Mr. Kremp earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of South Florida in 2016, and briefly worked in the financial services industry before enrolling at the Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kremp was an Extern with Gulf Coast Legal Services’ housing unit, and authored his upper level research paper on statutory limitations on civil rights in housing disputes.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, he practiced as a defense litigator working on products liability cases in the amusement rides manufacturing industry. Through these experiences, Mr. Kremp offers unique perspectives on a wide range of legal issues across a diverse area of practice.
